The Right to refuse or terminate services is reserved by Izzy Sparkle Cleaning in situations where safety and values are at risk or compromised. In such instances, services will be promptly terminated, and no refund or credit for future services will be provided.
We kindly request that you provide advance notice if you need to cancel your scheduled cleanings. Clients who have a pattern of not showing up for appointments without informing us may be subject to termination of any future services. Please be aware that refunds will not be given.
The safety and well-being of pets are not the responsibility of Izzy Sparkle Cleaning. It is recommended to supervise and secure your pet while Cleaning Services are being carried out. Despite our affection for pets, safety takes precedence.
A 15% fee will be charged for cancellations made to Izzy Sparkle one business day in advance.
Cancellations made to Izzy Sparkle "same-day" (including after business hours the previous business day) will incur a 35% fee.
In the event that a cancellation can be rescheduled within one week of the original appointment, the fee will be reduced to 15%. Business hours for Izzy Sparkle are defined as 9am-5pm.
Please note that if your home is inaccessible and prevents our team from entering in a timely manner on cleaning day, a cancellation fee may apply.
Our aim is to provide accommodations efficiently. Any last-minute alterations or additions that disrupt the timely service of other clients will result in a $50 fee.
In order to maintain efficiency in our cleaning services, we kindly ask for your cooperation in planning ahead to ensure we have the necessary availability and tools.
Please be advised that if specific cleaning equipment is not readily available upon request, an additional booking for that particular service will be necessary.
In the rare circumstance that you are not content, our 36 Hour Quality Assurance offers solace. We will arrange a follow-up cleaning to address any issues you may have.
Izzy Sparkle Cleaning retains the privilege to take photographs. These materials might be employed for insurance purposes and/or exhibiting our project portfolio to potential clients. Nonetheless, we deeply respect your privacy, thus please inform your Cleaning Specialist of your preferences.
In cases where conditions have developed over an extended period, cleaning alone may not suffice, and restoration, repair, or renewal may be advantageous.
Clean means Clean.
Clean is not always perfect.

If in the unlikely event your expectations are not met you may find rest in our 36 hour Quality Assurance, a reassessment cleaning will be scheduled to address & resolve your concerns.
50% deposit is required to confirm cleaning services. All payments are due upon arrival prior to services being provided.
At our Cleaning Specialist service, we are dedicated to achieving your satisfaction above all else. We recognize that clients may have individual cleaning preferences. While we are willing to consider reasonable accommodations, please keep in mind that our Cleaning Specialist is a
Professional Cleaner who will always prioritize what is healthy and safe for both parties. In the event of repeated undermining of professional expertise, a penalty will be added to the invoice and future agreements may be terminated. Please be aware that no refunds will be given.
With the safety of our teams in mind, we do have the authority to declare a "snow day" if the weather conditions are unfavorable, especially in the morning. Please note that Izzy Sparkle Cleaning will not be operating cleaning teams on such days. All appointments scheduled for a "snow day" will either be rescheduled or cancelled, and customers will not be subjected to a cancellation fee. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause
Please ensure the safety of our teams by maintaining a clear access pathway to your home or office, free from snow and ice. Our supervisors have the authority to assess whether the sidewalks, driveways, stairs, and other areas have been properly maintained. If they determine that it is unsafe to carry equipment over poorly maintained pathways, the cleaning appointment will be skipped and a cancellation fee will be charged, as per the "inaccessible" reason stated in the "Cancellation Policy" above.
To ensure the well-being of our teams, we kindly request that you maintain a comfortable temperature in your home or office during the winter season. Our supervisors have been instructed to leave any location that is colder than 65 degrees and to document the thermostat or thermometer readings as evidence. If this situation occurs in your home or office, a cancellation fee will be charged based on the "inaccessible" reason outlined in the "Cancellation Policy" above.
Once again, in order to ensure the safety of our teams, we kindly request that you make an effort to maintain a suitable temperature in your home or office during your summertime cleaning appointments. Cleaning involves physical labor that can become hazardous in excessively warm conditions. Our supervisors have been instructed to leave any location that exceeds 85 degrees and to document the thermostat or thermometer readings as evidence. If this situation arises in your home or office, a cancellation fee will be applied based on the "inaccessible" reason stated in the "Cancellation Policy" mentioned above.
However, if you provide effective methods to cool your home or office, our supervisors will attempt these options before considering cancellation. Here are some suggestions:
1) Leave the windows open for the team to close (please specify which windows should be closed again).
2) Grant the team permission to open and securely close the windows on their own.
3) Keep the air conditioning on for the team (please indicate if you would like it turned off after they leave).
4) Allow the team to start and stop the air conditioning on their own.
Smoking is prohibited in the workplace in Minnesota. Therefore, we do not provide services in homes where smoking takes place indoors. Our employees are permitted to smoke only during unpaid breaks and must not carry the smell of smoke into your home.
